The hotel and stay was good. The hotel is on the edge of the town but you can walk in or jump in a tuk tuk and be there in minutes. The room was large and clean, maybe a little dated but still at a good standard and well kept. We did face a problem with the air con which was set to freezing and could not be changed. After a few attempts at resolving they kindly allowed us to change to a new room, which being on the top floor had a much nicer outlook and also resolved the air con and also the fact the shower in the first room would flood the bathroom as there was no lip on the shower tray. Sleeping was excellent in the sizeable bed and breakfast was varied and adequate. Maybe not at the level of some hotels but certainly enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helped arrange airport transfers and also a private excursion to the Angkor Wat and other temples in luxury. We did try the main restaurant which had great if very expensive food, this was mainly as we arrived late and exhausted and didnt realise just how easily we could have gone in to town where the food options are excellent. For the price this was definitely a good choice.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, even better than the pictures but it’s the wonderful staff who make it extra special. They were so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist when we realised that we had left my mums bag with her medication in it at the airport . Much to our relief they tracked down the bag and had one of their drivers collect it for us. All of the staff from front of house to restaurant and bar staff to cleaners always had a smile and a greeting and we felt very welcome. We stayed in a Borei Suite which was stunning and breakfast was plentiful and varied. The concierge helped us organise our trips to the temples and the hotel is in a great location for the temples and for Pub Street which was 5 mins in a Tuk Tuk and great fun in the evening. Cannot recommend this hotel and its staff highly enough , it was the highlight of our whole trip to Thailand and Cambodia.

On arrival the staff were so friendly and we were told everything we needed to know about the hotel. The staff helped anyway they could. we were given an upgraded room with a floating bed on the balcony!amazing. The room was so comfortable and a lovely size with a huge bath to soak in . The breakfast was all you could ask for, loads of choice. Room service was fantastic along with the food. Great location with tuk tuks readiily available outside the gates. Pool area was lovely with pool towels for all guests left on the sun loungers . The hotel manager Wattana Tan was always around to speak with guests , friendly and very professional. hotel is beautiful and we will definitely be going back.

This is a gorgeous hotel. The architecture and décor is beautiful. Our room was spacious with lots of room for our luggage. The breakfast buffet was huge, with amazing choices local, Eastern and Western. There were freshly cooked options of eggs and pancakes. I loved the musicians playing local instruments in the foyer. A delight to be greeted by in the mornings. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. There are Tuk Tuks just outside the gates ready to transport you into town [around a ten minute ride or 30 minute walk]. Staff will hail them to pick you up from the door. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers to relax after a hot day sight seeing.

I had an excellent stay here, the resort is luxurious and tastefully designed. Great food in the restaurants. Large swimming pool. Excellent staff as well - let me single out the front des staff who quickly took care of every problem or request I had, and also Pun who works in the restaurant and was so friendly and attentive, and he was also a pleasure to talk to. The only thing you should be aware of is that the resort is not in the centre of town - so it will always be a quick tuk tuk ride to Pub Street etc. On the other hand, the resort's location is very conveniently when you visit Angkor Wat.
